GOOGLE CHROME USERS

A note for all users of Google's Chrome browser wishing to download 4D:

A number of customers have reported issues when trying to download 4D using Chrome as an FTP client. This is a recurring issue in Chrome, as has been discussed in Google's support forums. (See link below.)

Until this issue has been resolved, we recommend downloading 4D with another browser, such as Firefox or Safari.
