Founded in 1975, Cités Unies France allows the cooperation of local self-governments in France at an international level. The organization assists communities to develop their international activities. A 4D-based application manages contacts in working groups, manages emails, performs complex searches to aid in Cités Unies France's cooperative initiatives.
