The engineering office Illmer Daniel deals with natural dangers. They provide engeneering opinions/surveys/experts' reports and create solutions for environmental and land use planning, e.g. avalanche protection. In order to ease their administration, the office uses the DieFirma solution from Wira Software in Austria and thus have all data available by click: Project controlling, timekeeping and settlement, offer- and bill-writing. The entire address management and correspondences run smoothly through the system. Administrative work has been consequently lowered since the introduction of DieFirma, and Ilmer's productivity has increased as a result.
