Knowledge Sharing Systems, LLC joins 4D, Inc.'s OEM Program

San Jose, CA, February 25, 2004 - 4D, Inc., publishers of the 4th Dimension RAD/RDBMS Environment, 4D Business Kit and 4D WebSTAR Server Suite today announced an OEM partnership with Knowledge Sharing Systems LLC (KSS), the developer of KSS TechTracS®, the leading intellectual asset management system that supports technology transfer managers, sponsored research administrators, patent attorneys, licensing professionals and principal administrators. Companies, universities and government agencies engaged in research and development depend on knowledge sharing systems from KSS to convert individual or local knowledge into enterprise knowledge that can be easily managed and effectively utilized to achieve an organization's strategic goals. These systems are created with 4th Dimension as the software development platform.
