Good Bye ACI US, Hello 4D, Inc

4D, Inc., publishers of the 4th Dimension (4D) RAD/RDBMS Environment, announced today that they will change their name to 4D, Inc. After 16 years ACI US decided it was time to change their name to reflect the more recognizable name of their popular product line.

4D, Inc. hopes that this change will increase brand recognition and make it easier for developers to help clients benefit from the powerful features that the 4th Dimension (4D) product line has to offer.

Now, customers who are curious about 4D can go to 4D.com and actually find information about our products instead of utilizing a search engine because they couldn't remember ACI US. If you have links to the acius.com web site do not worry about broken links, 4D, Inc. will continue to retain the acius.com domain name and will transfer all requests it receives to the 4D.com site. However to reduce the risk of broken links efforts should be made to update links to the new domain name.

The change to 4D, Inc. will not affect either the 4D product line itself or the excellent manufacturing, distribution and support processes that 4D customers are accustomed to. All changes are considered to be in name only. The corporate name has been ACI since 1984.
