Implementation of 4D Vital to the Automation of Backflow Prevention Management Programs Required by Many States

SAN JOSE, Calif., July 9, 2002 - 4D, Inc., publishers of the 4th Dimension RAD/RDBMS Environment, 4D Business Kit and 4D WebSTAR Server Suite, today announced its partnership with EngSoft Solutions of Fairfax, California to produce state of the art water backflow prevention management software. Vital to water quality, many water backflow prevention programs depend on the quality software products from EngSoft Solutions, who have chosen 4D as their software development platform. The 4th Dimension database engine will be embedded into the entire line of EngSoft products, including XC2, H2O Benchmark and Edutrax.
