4D PartnerCentral.com is a private support site built for members of the 4D Partners Program. Built with 4D's own 4th Dimension Web application development environment, 4D PartnerCentral.com was evaluated on categories such as quality of navigation, knowledgebase content, interactive features, personalization, and success at overcoming major development challenges.

ASP is an association of Windows-based technical support professionals. Established in 1995, it has grown to a membership of over 1000 support professionals worldwide. This year's panel reviewed a wide array of popular and industry-renowned sites before selecting the final ten winners. Other winners from this year include: Macromedia, Dell, Hewlett Packard and Symantec.
