Technical Services Team Member (USA)

As a Technical Services Team Member, you will work on every aspect of our business, from technical marketing material creation, to pre-sales presentations, to training, to customer support. Qualifications:
- Develop example code
- Proficient in programming languages
- Writing code that is maintainable, sustainable and Transportable
- Knowledge of various hardware platforms
- Database experience required
- Ability to learn how to develop technical solutions
- BS in Computer Science related field
- Excellent writtn and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Must be able to work 20-40 hours/week
Leadership:
- Interfaces with various levels of internal management and clients/customers
- Follows directions
- Asks technical and business related questions
- Shares work and related information with peers and other team members
- Can work in a team environment
- Focuses on results and learning
Responsibilities:
- Internal application development
- Demonstration application development
- Customer trainings - via Web & On-site
- Product demonstrations to customers/potential customers
- Write technical notes
- Write technical tips
- Provide technical support to customers as needed
- Quality assurance of 4D, Inc.'s product line
