4D v11 SQL is here, and the initial reviews have been magical. One thing we're hearing loud and clear, though, is that many 4D users want to know more about how to make the most of the SQL aspects of 4D v11 SQL.
Abracadabra! We're offering an all-new online
training course, “Beginning SQL for 4D Developers.” It's eight hours of
intensive training designed for developers new to SQL, conducted over two
sessions in a WebEx classroom, and focused completely on learning to use
SQL with 4D v11 SQL, including hands-on time with an example database
created by Sergiy Temnikov of 4D SAS.
4D developers who take this class can expect to come away with a solid understanding of the basics of SQL, and how you can take advantage of SQL to create powerful 4D-based business applications. In addition, you will also learn how to build 4D v11 SQL applications that will talk to any other industry-standard SQL database. Everyone who completes the class will receive a certificate suitable for decorating your office wall.
Both morning and afternoon class times are available, to help meet a range of schedules. Each class session is limited to 10 participants to maximize time for Q&A and individual coaching.
The “Beginning SQL for 4D Developers” class is priced at $500 ($400 for
