You should have health insurance whether you have employees or not. You may still have COBRA from your last employer, but is worth checking around to see if you can get similar coverage at a lesser rate. Contact a benefits broker or an independent insurance broker who will shop various carriers for you or surf the internet for good deals. Make sure you are getting comparable coverage though from a reputable insurance company; don't limit your decision criteria to cost or you may end up regretting it later when you need coverage and find out your plan does not offer that coverage.
