  • you are a current registered member of one of the 4D Partner Program options.*
  • you purchased and registered a 4D product within the last 30 days.
    (installation-related questions only)

Free online only technical support is available if:

  • you purchased and registered a 4D product within the last 30 days and have questions which are not installation-related.
