4D Server lets you deploy professional client/server and Rich Internet Applications (RIAs) on both Windows and Mac OS.

The 4D Web Application server lets you deploy Rich Internet Applications using its full-featured Web and Web applications with an unlimited number of web connections.

4D SQL Desktop lets you deploy 4D standalone applications and communicate with one or multiple data sources.

The 4D OEM Desktop license is designed for software developers with a large number of customers, and want to benefit from customized deployment options.

(1) Included with 4D Developer Standard and 4D Developer Professional
(2) Included with 4D Developer Professional and 4D Team Developer Professional
(3) Depending of the compilation settings used during the development phase

(4) Unlimited queries; data can be written/modified only twice every 24 hours in batch mode; applies to all remote connections, 4D or otherwise, unless you have deployed a 4D-based server technology. Please see licensing or contact your 4D representative for more details.

(5) For each synchronization/replication setup, at least 1 master 4D Server is required. The connections can use a 4D Client connection, but 4D SQL Expansion is recommended for high-traffic scenarios and to avoid using up the 4D Client credit.
